TMJ Neck Pain

Found an interesting video that talks about a new treatment called Neuro Cranial Restructuring.

This all seems a bit drastic to me though. Most of these problems can be cured by using TMJ exercises. Why pay all the money for fancy pants techniques?

TMJ neck pain can be fixed by relaxing the muscles that connect and surround your neck and jaw. If you want to find out more about the exercises, check out this: TMJ Treatment Reviews

Ear and Jaw Pain: How Do You Fix It?

If you have ear and jaw pain from your TMJ, don't worry there is a way to fix it. You probably just have some weak muscles in your jaw that aren't pulling their weight!

The muscles can become like this after repetitive habits like chewing on gum, pencils etc. Some muscles will get stronger, tighter and more stressed while other will get looser and weaker. When this happens your jaw will be pulled one way or the other displacing it enough to push against nerves and upset your ear and jaw area. This is where the pain comes from.

TMJ Exercises: What Works?

Suffering from TMJ is an absolute pain in the butt! Your jaw hurts all the time, eating hurts, yawning hurts, your teeth grind, you might get headaches, earaches, neck pains, back pains... the list goes on and on.

But is there any way to actually fix it?

Mouth guards and mouth splints are one way, but most people complain that they really don't work. This is because these devices are just bandaid solutions that alot of dentists are throwing out there because they work, some of the time.

Something that actually fixes the root cause of TMJ is TMJ exercises. These exercises work by strengthening, stretching and massaging important muscles and tendons in y our body to realign your jaw. Once your jaw is in the right place and your tendons and muscles are all behaving the way they should. You TMJ symptoms will go away, for good!
